A manuscript describing the phylogenetic relationship of crickets including ant-loving cricket based on mitochondrial genome sequences (Sanno R., et al. Comparative Analysis of Mitochondrial Genomes in Gryllidea (Insecta: Orthoptera): Implications for Adaptive Evolution in Ant-loving Crickets) has been published on Genome Biology and Evolution

A collaborative study of genome sequence with the former student of the lab is now published on Mammalian Genome . After the turmoil of COVID-19 (not finished though) and rejuvenation of Science Building #1 (half done), the lab has relocated on the sixth floor in May 2021 and is rebooting now.

A study of the attitude toward breast cancer among younger generation is published on Journal of Human Genetics with the former student of the lab (Terui-Kohbata, H., Egawa, M., Yura, K., Yoshida, M. (2020) Knowledge and attitude of hereditary breast cancer among Japanese university female students) is now published on Journal of Human Genetics.
