The manuscript of analysing the correlation between dynamic structure and variation residues on ABC transporter (Sakamoto, M., et al., (2019) Relationship between conformation shift and disease related variation sites in ATP-binding cassette transporter proteins) has been published on Biophysics and Physicobiology.

The manuscript of the molecular dynamics simulations of SLC proteins (Mouhib, H., Higuchi, A. et al., Impact of pathogenic mutations of the GLUT1 glucose transporter on channel dynamics using ConsDYN enhanced sampling.) is  now on F1000Research.

A master student from Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz, Germany joins the lab for an internship for three months.
