The collaborative research project “Development of room temperature multiferroic oxyfluoride thin films”, in which Chikamatsu is the principal investigator and is collaborating with Prof. Katayama of Hokkaido University, was awarded the 6th Materials and Devices Joint Research Award.

Chikamatsu gave an invited talk titled “Development of room temperature multiferroic oxyfluoride thin films” at the 12th Materials and Devices Joint Research Center Activity Report Meeting held at the Tokyo Institute of Technology Ookayama Campus in Tokyo.
