In our laboratory, we conduct research on the creation of solid materials with new functional properties by combining various chemical reactions with atomically controlled crystal growth methods. In particular, we focus on &#8220;controlling the properties of mixed-anion oxide thin films&#8221; and are currently working on the realization of multiferroic properties in transition metal oxyfluoride thin films at room temperature, the development of all-solid-state fluoride ion secondary batteries, and the development of new functions through heterostructures or transistor structures.
